For more information, visit SolomonEdwards Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Risk Workstream within the Commercial Lending Servicing Modernization initiative. This role involves assessing both current and future state processes, ensuring they meet risk and controls requirements to maintain the integrity of the modernization project. The Project Manager will work closely with Senior Leadership and stakeholders to identify, document, and manage risks while building out the RISK and RCSA programs for the transformation of Commercial Lending Servicing. Essential Duties: • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current state processes, identify gaps, and define future state processes to ensure they are fit for purpose from a risk and controls perspective. • Identify, document, and monitor risks associated with the modernization project, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues proactively. • Develop detailed project documentation with a focus on risk, ensuring all materials meet regulatory and discoverability standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Compliance, and Commercial Lending, to align on risk management goals and communicate findings effectively. • Manage the risk workstream timeline, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring all risk-related tasks and responsibilities are completed on schedule. • Present risk-related findings, assessments, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, tailoring communication to maintain focus on the risk aspects of the project. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Project Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a financial services or commercial lending environment. • Demonstrated understanding of risk management practices, particularly within regulatory and controls frameworks. Skills and Job-Specific Competencies: • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex risk issues in a clear, structured manner. • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, including risk assessment techniques. • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage project documentation to regulatory standards. Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion. Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training.
